How this estimate works

All amounts are in Australian dollars. The default 8.50% rate is an example, not an advertised MRH rate. Calculations assume a fixed annual nominal rate, equal end-of-period repayments, 12 monthly, 26 fortnightly or 52 weekly periods per year, and no fees. Interest is calculated per selected repayment period; actual lenders may calculate interest daily. Total repayable includes any final balloon. Rounding may cause small differences.
