Calculator assumptions
The default interest rate is illustrative. Estimates assume a fixed nominal annual interest rate, equal repayments at the end of each selected period and no fees or charges. Actual lender calculations, rates, fees and timing can differ. Budget estimates do not assess your financial circumstances or establish a borrowing limit.
Applications and costs
Formal applications are subject to the lender’s credit assessment, eligibility criteria and conditions. A credit enquiry may be required.
